The Carrington is our smallest and coziest apartment at 220 square feet and includes a private bathroom. Residents also enjoy individually controlled heating and air conditioning to maintain a comfortable temperature year-round. The full bath is designed for safety and convenience, with features such as grab bars and non-slip flooring. 

Our Carrington apartments are also equipped with SafelyYou AI video technology for fall risk mitigation and enhanced resident well-being.
